Finding the hotel on Google Maps was a bit tricky due to multiple marks; however, the rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, despite being relatively dark with a dark red decor. The service was very helpful and pleasant. The location was excellent, conveniently close to the Grand Canal yet quiet and secluded. The dining experience, while limited, offered a leisurely breakfast setting. Facilities were good overall.
The hotel is in a very convenient location near the hustle and bustle of Venice and major landmarks, although the rooms were a bit noisy being connected to the breakfast area and didn't match the advertised photos. The service was exceptional with friendly and helpful staff, especially in resolving transport issues. The dining options were decent but lacked variety. Overall, a good value for money stay with some room for improvement.
The hotel has lovely, clean rooms with all amenities, suitable for a couple but not for more than 2 people if the sofa bed is to be used. The structure doesn't meet our expectations entirely, however.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were nicely designed and comfortable, very clean, and conveniently located near the Rialto Bridge, although they did get very warm at times. The service was top-notch with very friendly and helpful staff, especially the lovely ladies serving breakfast. The location was excellent, right in the heart of Venice, close to all the main attractions and within easy reach of vaporetto stops. The dining experience, while a bit restrictive in terms of choice, still managed to provide a decent selection of breakfast items. Overall, a great value for the money with a few minor drawbacks.
